"The glasses arrived in a box that was in very bad condition, it was taped together , obviously packed like that because the outer mailing box was in perfect condition. I needed to clean the glasses as they were dirty and smears on the lens. They weren’t scratched but the way they arrived was extremely disappointing. . no cleaning cloth, no written information just sunglasses in a bag . ."
