Refund and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from SMITH OPTICS. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out using our contact us page. 

Should you need to return a product, we accept returns for online orders from smithopticsaustralia.com within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Please note our policy to 30 days from purchase date. 

  • For Australian customers we charge a $6 return fee for the printable return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be subtracted from your refund.
  • For International customers, you can return the goods with the carrier of your choice.

All sale items are final sale during any promotional campaigns with our Terms and Conditions at time of sale.

Important Update for Our Customers – Online Promotional Sale

We’d like to thank all of our customers for their incredible support during our recent promotional sale periods. The level of demand and engagement has been overwhelming, and we genuinely appreciate every order placed.

We want to take a moment to address some of the feedback and concerns we’ve received regarding product availability, dispatch timeframes, and promotional pricing.

 

Stock Availability

During high-demand sale periods, our system works to update stock levels in real time. However, due to the volume of traffic and orders, there are instances where items may sell out faster than the system can refresh availability.

This means that, in some cases, products may be purchased after stock has already been depleted. When this occurs, affected orders are refunded in full. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating this experience can be.

Dispatch Timeframes

Due to the significant increase in order volume during promotional periods, dispatch and fulfilment timeframes may be longer than usual. Our team works hard to process all orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during these peak periods.

Promotional Pricing & Sale Conditions

All promotional pricing is subject to the following conditions:

  • Sale items are selected past-season styles only
  • Discounted pricing does not apply to current-season products
  • All discounted products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty
  • Discounts apply only while stocks last and cannot be honoured once items are sold out
  • Offers are valid only on smithopticsaustralia.com and cannot be applied retrospectively
  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once submitted
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promo code
