Shipping & Delivery Options

SMITH OPTICS has standard rate $8 shipping to Australia and New Zealand, and selected other International destinations. 

Express Shipping 

For faster delivery we offer Express Shipping at the checkout for a flat rate of $15 in Aus. 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before noon, with express shipping selected at checkout, will aim to dispatch within 24 hours if the products are currently in stock.

Please note: During times of very high demand, we occasionally may not be able to dispatch all orders on the same day. If that occurs, we will ensure they are dispatched the following day instead. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time to reach your address will depend on Australia Post delivery schedule to your area.

Delivery Times

SMITH OPTICS uses Australia Post as our delivery partner. Your estimated delivery timing will depend on your delivery address and how far away it is from our Sydney metro-based warehouse. You can check out the current delivery times at AUS POST HERE 

We recommend that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, such as a work address. If no-one is home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left if there is a safe place to do so. If no safe spot is available to leave the parcel, such as, apartment blocks, your parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for pickup. You should receive an email from Australia Post to let you know which Post Office you can collect your parcel from. If you include your mobile number at the checkout, you may also receive delivery updates via SMS as well as email.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, no additional freight charges will be applicable.
